DISCOVERY: PROBLEM ANALYSIS

We conduct a thorough assessment with project owners, stakeholders, end-users, company patrons, internal staff, vendors and industry experts to gain a comprehensive understanding of the problem being solved. Through interviewing, surveying, test marketing, market and industry research and other mechanisms of information gathering we are able to compile an exhaustive outline of the problem variables. We then organize those problem variables into an intelligible, documented and deliverable format that is succinct and uniformly easier to review. This allows us to effectively develop a thorough problem statement that for a project acts much like a mission statement from which all orders of business derive their purpose.
