PLANNING: SCOPE DEVELOPMENT

Once project owners and stakeholders are in agreement on the problem variables to address, we outline the breadth and depth of the project scope. Here we look at the path to project completion, evaluate and assign resources both internal and outsourced, outline realistic time constraints, establish project milestones and solidify project requirements. This then facilitates the development of the complete statement of work and serves as the basis for our web development agreement as well as the user acceptance testing implemented at the latter end of system development.
